  1. Loved your poem. Your uncle’s life, regrets, journeys echo my life and reminds me of my parents and grandmother’s experiences as Diasporan Armenians. My Medzmams was an immigrant three times in her life.

    1. Dear Mari – thank you so much for your comments. I’m glad you liked the poem. All four of my grandparents had their own amazing stories of survival. There is another poem about my Uncle Jack in the November issue of Verse-Virtual (I am posting a link on my blog here)
